This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The value for money was outstanding, with prices that were very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities offered. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the cleanliness and finishing of the rooms to the stunning views of the mountains. The location, slightly away from the Shrine but near the river, allowed us to enjoy all the activities that Lourdes has to offer. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was also impressive, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.
Everything was perfect - no improvements needed.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a small town, well-located for exploring the holy sites. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail throughout my stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome from the moment I arrived. The basic amenities in the room were great, and I especially enjoyed the breathtaking view of the mountain from my window.
Everything was satisfactory, with no major issues.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this budget hotel. the location was ideal, just a short 10-minute walk from the old town and the holy sites, away from the noisy souvenir shops. the room was clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the beautiful view from my room. there was a convenient parking lot just across the street with 400 free parking spaces.
I experienced some noise from a nearby establishment during the night.

We had a fantastic experience at the Esplanade Eden. the staff were incredibly caring and ready to help. We were impressed by the extreme friendliness and warm welcome we received, especially towards our children. Despite not speaking French, we had no issues as the staff were able to communicate with us in English. the location was great, with easy access to food and drinks within a few minutes' reach. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains and was very peaceful at night. The hotel is also conveniently located, with a short walk to the basilicas and accessible transportation to the airport. Cons: No issues.

The location was convenient, just a short walk to all the activities this city has to offer and away from the bustling souvenir shops. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms that offered stunning mountain views. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel had a secure parking area where I could park my car.
